The California Governor Gavin Newsom announced that the schools in the counties that are on the coronavirus watchlist will remain closed. This means many of our children will not return to school in a few months and there is a possibility that they will not reopen schools this year for in-person classes. Which leaves us parents wondering: What is going to happen now? What are we going to do? How will we manage homeschooling? Do we have what it takes to be our children's teachers? I must be honest I stress about having my children at home all day every day because statistics prove that children forget many of the things they learn in school over the summer. Now imagine what will happen when children are home all year long?   My daughters love school. They enjoy socializing with other children.
